The IMSC 2024 Earlybird Registration is Now Open!
Full Registration includes morning tea, afternoon tea, and access to the Conference, including entry to the exhibition hall, all conference materials and one ticket to the Welcome Reception. Attendees may receive lunch if they participate in a sponsored lunch session which will be available to opt in through the Registration Portal. The Conference Dinner and Short Courses are available for separate purchase.
Pay Later option is available for Students, Emerging Country and those who are applying for a travel award.
Please note that if payment of Earlybird Conference Registration fees are not made by Friday 17th May 2024, Registration fee will be changed to Standard Registration fee and delegates will be required to pay the increased price.
Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the Conference by 1st August 2024, and admission may be refused if payment has not been received.
If you require the ‘Pay Later’ option, or require an invoice for your organisation to pay via EFT, you can use the Registration Portal or Contact All Occasions Group.
Student registration is only available to persons who will not have been awarded a Ph.D or other equivalent higher degree at the time of the Conference start date.
IMSC 2024 Delegates are able to request for Visa Letters by contacting All Occasions Group via email here.

Group Registration
If you wish to register a group of 2-10 delegates, please download and complete this form and return by email to conference@aomevents.com.
Discounted Group Registration
Register 11 or more attendees and enjoy a 10% discount or register a group of 20 or more for an even greater discount of 20% off.
*An invoicing fee of AUD19.80 will apply per invoice.
Abstracts Submissions Extended!
Submissions will close Friday, 19th April 2024.
First 25 Students to register and submit an abstract are eligible for a complimentary conference registration and a welcome reception ticket.

Welcome Reception ($100 AUD per ticket, applicable if full registration is not purchased or if you are purchasing for an accompanying person)
